The Atlanta Dream are officially moving downtown full time.
The franchise announced Tuesday that beginning with the 2027 WNBA season, all 25 Dream home games will be played at State Farm Arena under a new multi-year agreement. State Farm Arena announced the agreement alongside the team.

Demand outgrew the College Park venue
The Dream have played primarily at Gateway Center Arena in College Park since 2021. The team says it sold out every Gateway game over the last three seasons while also selling out eight games at State Farm Arena.
State Farm Arena offers significantly more capacity and more premium seating options. The move also coincides with the WNBA expanding its regular season to 50 games, giving each team 25 home dates.
The Dream say season-ticket membership has grown more than 400% under the current ownership group, helping drive the decision to move all home games downtown.
Gateway still mattered
Team officials emphasized that Gateway Center Arena played a major role in building the atmosphere and fan culture that helped fuel the franchise’s recent growth.
For fans, the biggest change is access: more seats, more ticket tiers and a central downtown location beginning next season.
