A Halloween cocktail lounge opens Thursday, October 1, at Chattahoochee Food Works, kicking off a month of seasonal events at The Works on Atlanta’s Upper Westside.
Spookeasy will occupy the food hall’s patio with Halloween decorations and themed drinks. Opening-day hours are 5 to 10 p.m., according to the property’s event calendar.
In a September 30 announcement, The Works said the lounge’s run continues through November 1. Guests can choose general admission, reserved bar seating or VIP tables; the official event page links to reservations. Hours vary by day, so check the listing for the date you plan to visit.
Oktoberfest follows this weekend
Your 3rd Spot’s Y3Stoberfest Weekend runs October 2–4, with seasonal beer and food specials at the entertainment venue.
The weekend closes with the Y3Stoberfest Games on Sunday, October 4, from 7 to 10 p.m. Two-person teams can register for free entry into a double-elimination tournament with pretzel toss, stein holding and keg bowling challenges.
Organizers list two annual community memberships, a party for 10 and a merchandise package among the winning team’s prizes. Registration for that tournament is separate from planning a general weekend visit.
More dates for the October calendar
Taste Wine Bar & Market is holding Spooky Taste & Learn every Thursday in October from 7 to 9 p.m. The guided tasting offers three wines for $15, with a Halloween-themed selection.
Later in the month, the fourth annual Pink Pumpkin Party is set for October 17 from 6 to 10 p.m. at Chattahoochee Food Works. The event benefits I Will Survive, Inc., which supports people and families affected by breast cancer, and includes a DJ and fundraising.
The property’s September 30 announcement also schedules Spooktacular for October 31, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Plans include trick-or-treating, face painting, seasonal singers and an outdoor screening of “Hocus Pocus.”
