Imagine Music Festival has returned and the 3-day camping electronic music event is in full affect. Festival goers from various parts of Georgia and beyond arrived to this year’s new location the Atlanta Motor Speedway with one objective in mind, party hard AF! It is now day two, new comers continue to arrive and there are no signs of the party slowing down.
Imagine Music Festival is one of the country’s last remaining independent festivals. Imagine is an all-encompassing, 360-degree sensory experience that blends music, circus troupes, performers, dancers, art, workshops, classes and more.
Among the array of attractions from the ferris wheel, carnival swings and pool in the middle of the festival, the biggest attraction beyond the activities and music is the people themselves. Imagine welcomes creative outfits, spirit animals, and lots of things that may fall under the category of hipster.
The people are what make the festival so great. Many festival goers dress in luminous wardrobes or try replicating their most favorite EDM performer. The absolute best costumes are of fictional characters like fairies and the mermaids we found next to the pool.
