Federal prosecutors have charged 20 people in a wide-ranging gun and drug trafficking investigation tied to the theft of nearly 1,500 firearms from shipping facilities in Georgia.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia announced the indictments Tuesday. Authorities say the cases involve multiple thefts from facilities in Conley and Macon and alleged trafficking connected to the Atlanta-based GoodFellas street gang.

Hundreds of guns were stolen at a time
Federal authorities say one theft in late November 2025 involved 725 Glock pistols taken from a shipping facility in Conley. Additional thefts pushed the total to nearly 1,500 guns, according to prosecutors and ATF.
The indictments include firearms-trafficking and drug-trafficking charges. Authorities also identified five alleged GoodFellas gang members and four convicted felons among the people charged.
Charges are allegations
Federal prosecutors have not said that every stolen gun has been recovered. The ATF says its investigation recovered more than 1,500 firearms overall through the broader operation.
Each defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. The cases now move through federal court as prosecutors continue tracing recovered firearms and investigating the trafficking network.
