Mother’s Day only comes once a year, so the pressure is on to lock down a special plan for mom. Although there is plenty to do for the superwoman in your life. There isn’t a better way to show your appreciation, than to treat mom to brunch. Lucky for you, there are plenty of Atlanta restaurants serving brunch this Mother’s Day.

Here are some recommended brunch spots. (Reservations are highly recommended)

Murphy’s classic brunch will be served from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The brunch includes, traditional selections, such as buttermilk pancakes and waffles. Murphy’s however, also offers a great cocktail selection as well as an in house bakery and wine shop.

With a Midtown and Vinings location, this southern cuisine restaurant, doesn’t disappoint if you are looking for a country yet sophisticated meal. The brunch menu includes, fried chicken and waffles, grits, biscuits and gravy and a host of other mouth watering selections! View the rest of the menu here. Park Tavern will host a special Mother’s Day brunch buffet, priced at $34.95 for adults and $14.95 for children 7 years or older. Children 6 years and younger are free. The chef-attended buffet, will provide guests with Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon, Applewood Smoked Bacon & Sausage, Cheese Grits, Green Beans Almondine, Sweet Potato soufflé and other selections. Brunch will be served from 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Visit the site to purchase your ticket.

 

Sweet Auburn Seafood

Located in the heart of Auburn Avenue, the fairly new Sweet Auburn Seafood restaurant will offer up a seafood brunch from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The menu includes a seafood omelet, shrimp and grits and gumbo. This Mother’s Day, if you are looking for a seafood style brunch, visit the site to view more of the menu.

Moms eat free! Another meal must be purchased, however, in order for mom to enjoy a free meal. This special offer will only last from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Visit any of the restaurants 3 locations to take advantage of the offer. Dantanna’s is located in Buckhead, Downtown, and Sandy Springs. The brunch menu will include Dantanna’s “Super” Bowl, which includes, Texas toast, grits, scrambled eggs, bacon, house made chicken sausage, potatoes and a jalapeno cheese sauce.
