A Gwinnett County officer’s dashboard camera recorded a driver crossing the center lines and hitting her patrol car head-on on Hewatt Road near Snellville, according to new WSB-TV reporting.
The collision happened shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday, September 15. The officer suffered a concussion.
Driver faces ten counts
Jagpreet Singh, 33, of Snellville, faces a felony fleeing charge and nine misdemeanors, including DUI and reckless driving. Warrants allege he fled an attempted stop at Springdale Road and Centerville Highway.
The charges remain allegations. This report does not establish a conviction or Singh’s current custody status.
