Justin Bieber is always in the news for something comical. This time there’s a billboard in Chicago that is gearing for the U.S./Canada hockey game for the Winter Olympics in Russia tomorrow.

An electronic billboard in Chicago states, “Loser keeps Bieber.” The sign is the word of Command Transportation, a freight broker that has created other sports-oriented buzzworthy billboards.
