Howell Mill Road continues to evolve with a new 14 story office tower coming in 2020. Atlanta developers Allen Morris Company has closed on the property after paying $8.5 million for the site where demolition is set to start at the end of 2018.
At the ground level, expect 30,000 square feet of high-ceilinged retail that will serve as the shopping and dining component for the broader Star Metals Atlanta project.
The other major piece is a 409-unit residential building across the street, which will border Atlanta blues institution Northside Tavern.
