Police are still looking for a man who jumped out of a car with a pistol on Howell Mill Rd. in Atlanta. A dash-cam recording shows the whole situation as a passenger gets out and approaches the vehicle brandishing his weapon.
Brandishing your weapon to scare or intimidate someone is perceived as an assault.
