Animal-cruelty and related charges against actor and singer Tyrese Gibson have been dismissed after he completed a pretrial diversion program, according to his attorney.
Attorney Gabe Banks told WSB-TV that Fulton County prosecutors dismissed the case in August. Gibson had faced animal-cruelty, dog-at-large and nuisance charges connected to the September 2025 death of a neighbor’s dog.
