Atlanta-based Chef Luca Varuni of Varuni Napoli announced it will branch nationwide by partnering with Goldbelly, an online marketplace. Varuni Napoli will offer nationwide shipping across all 50 states with the help of Goldbelly the week of Oct. 3. The pizzeria was recently awarded Best Pizza in Atlanta by Atlanta Journal-Constitution, so pizza lovers will not want to miss this launch of Neapolitan pies.

Chef Luca was trained under the maestro pizzaiolo Enzo Coccia of La Notizia, which is the first ever Michelin-rated pizzeria in the world. Chef Luca is admired for his deep affiliation with Neapolitan roots and tradition. Varuni spent quite a bit of time studying traditional Mediterranean and Neopolitican cooking in Sorrento, then chose to highlight his culinary and traditional experience in the United States. Varuni opened the first location of Varuni Napoli in 2014 in Midtown and due to its success, opened his second pizzeria in Krog Street Market in 2017. Since then, Varuni Napoli has attracted nationwide attention and been included in outlets such as CNN, Food Network, Pizza Today, PMQ Pizza Magazine, Thrillist, and more. Chef Luca and Varuni Napoli have also partnered with the world leader in kitchen appliances, Breville.

Last but not least, the Bastardo is made with DOP-certified San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, pepperoni cups, ‘nduja and Pecorino Romano.
