According to Associated Press, rapper Future surprised the RnB songstress with a 15 carat ring (WHAT!?) while celebrating her 28th birthday in New York City this past weekend. Future helped in the success of Ciara’s hits, “1,2 Step,” “Goodies,” and most recently “Body Party” from her well received fifth album.
