Avalon goers and tennis fans were talking Wimbledon along with the 2016 BB&T Atlanta Open, as the ATP World Tour 250 tournament hosted a “watch” party today at Avalon in Alpharetta.
The viewing party to was held to celebrate The Championships Wimbledon in The Plaza at Avalon.
Attendees were able to see and hear live coverage of Wimbledon on a jumbo screen while enjoying strawberries and cream provided by LottaFrutta. Kids took to the mini tennis court for some friendly hitting and instruction from local tennis professionals. There was also a Fuzzy Lexus sighting… a Lexus wrapped as a tennis ball!
There were ticket giveaways and a number of fans visited the BB&T Atlanta Open booth to learn more about all the exciting things planned for this year’s World Class Field World Class Fun event July 30th – August 7th at Atlantic Station in Midtown.
