MLB’s official game record confirms the October 7 final. Atlanta scored in the first inning, and Los Angeles tied it in the second. The game stayed level until the Dodgers added two runs in the seventh and one more in the ninth.
Atlanta finished with three hits and two errors, while Los Angeles had five hits and no errors. The Braves left seven runners on base.
