Elijah Hughes is 10 years old and he’s been fighting a tough battle after being diagnosed with cancer.
Unfortunately, doctors aren’t sure that he will make it to Halloween. So his neighborhood in Concord, North Carolina, decided to throw a Halloween block party in his honor and Elijah dressed as Joker.
Georgia boy and NFL star Cam Newtown somehow heard about the party and showed up with no cameras or any form of media. He even brought an ice cream truck and brownies for the 100 plus kids that attended the block party.
