Today Gucci Mane plead guilty to assaulting a fan who happen to Army sergeant who wanted to take a picture with him.
Fulton County judge Tom Campbell sentenced Radric Davis, to 3 additional years in prison for hitting his fan in the head with a bottle at Harlem Nights in Atlanta on March 16, 2013 .
“Rather than accommodating the admiring fan, Davis, for no explicable reason, instead, hit the victim over the head with a vodka bottle and then hurriedly left the club,” District Attorney Paul Howard said in a statement. “The victim sustained a deep laceration to his forehead which required ten stitches.”
Gucci Mane lives in jail, in August he was sentenced to 3 years for illegal possession of a firearm. This means he will have an additional 3 years after this sentenced is finished.
