Two wanted suspects are in custody after a police chase crossed into Atlanta and ended with a PIT maneuver on I-20, according to the Atlanta Police Department.
The pursuit happened Tuesday, Sept. 29, and was detailed in a new FOX 5 Atlanta report. DeKalb County police began following the vehicle after learning that someone inside was wanted on outstanding warrants.

The chase moved west through Atlanta
Police said the pursuit entered I-20 West near Flat Shoals Road and continued across the city. Atlanta officers joined the response near Thornton Road and used a PIT maneuver, causing the car to strike the median wall and stop.
Officers arrested 23-year-old passenger Rickora Walker, who police said was wanted in Metro Nashville after failing to appear on an attempted second-degree murder charge. The driver, 20-year-old Joshua Brownlee, was also arrested on outstanding felony theft warrants, according to police.
No officers or bystanders were injured
Authorities said no officers or bystanders were injured during the pursuit. DeKalb County police took custody of both suspects.
The warrants and charges are allegations and do not establish guilt. Officials had not publicly detailed the Nashville case behind Walker’s attempted-murder charge or said whether extradition proceedings were underway.
