Unveiled on Friday, April 13, the 3rd edition of the custom-designed Peachtree running shoe – the Limited Edition Peachtree WAVEKNIT® R1 – at an exclusive AJC Peachtree Road Race kick-off celebration at the Mizuno Experience Center in The Battery Atlanta, this shoe is something special to see. Taking inspiration from the American flag first knitted by Betsy Ross, the Peachtree WAVEKNIT® R1 embodies a patriotic red, white and blue theme featuring the iconic race badge, and is the first release of Mizuno’s knit technology in the U.S. market.
